SPRYE is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation. Donations are tax-deductible. Check or money order donations may be mailed to P.O. Box 748, Rye, NY 10580. You may also donate on-line through PayPal with the button on the right.

Donations in the form of securities are also gladly accepted. When making a gift of stock, simply ask your investment services account officer where the shares are lodged to transfer  X shares  by means of a DTC transfer to Vanguard Brokerage Services for the account of SPRYE, Inc.

The key details you must specify are:

- Vanguard Brokerage Services’ DTC account at the Depository Trust Co. is 0062

- The account at Vanguard, specify: account of SPRYE, Inc, account no. 69031622

When that is done, please inform SPRYE of the number shares you are transferring and when you expect to give the instructions so SPRYE can follow the transfer.
