The Sandwich Generation: Caring for Aging Parents while Raising your own Children
An unprecedented number of adults are finding themselves part of the sandwich generation — taking care of aging or ill parents whilst also parenting their own children – leaving them feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, guilty, angry, and being pulled in multiple directions. Dr Haymon’s talk will help you:
Get off the emotional roller coaster! Get your life back! Never feel guilty again!
Dr. Sandra Haymon is a licensed psychologist, author and international speaker with over twenty years experience in the field of caregiving.
